Hola to all of you! 

Hoping all is well.

i was wondering what happen after sending a feedback? Will I receive a notification or an answer regarding the feedback I have sent? It was regarding the check in instructions, i really loved when I could send them to my guests. But this feature has been removed a while ago and I miss it a lot 😞

@Isaiah-and-Tatiana0  You won't get any response to your feedback.  But are you sure you can't send those check-in instructions anymore?  They are still on the app, along with pictures.

@Ann72  Thank you very much for your answer. I have been trying and don’t see the option anymore like it used to be. It seems to me like I can only send pictures and house rules. Also I remember, a little while ago, reading few comments about it.

i will keep trying. Again thanks a lot 🙂

@Isaiah-and-Tatiana0  I remember reading comments, too, from hosts who said they could no longer send those, but it turns out that although the little key icon was removed, you can still send them from your saved messages.  See this post:

Also, when you create "Check-in instructions," it says, "We'll share them with confirmed guests before they arrive."  In fact they do go out automatically three days before guests arrive.

i will try them from the saved messages. 

Sure I know guests receive the instructions priorly to their check in, but when guests are new to this, they have mentioned me that they didn’t received anything, so this is why I like to send the instructions just to make sure all is clear and easier for my lovely guests 🙂

@Isaiah-and-Tatiana0  I totally understand!  I know guests are supposed to be able to access the driving directions, house manual, check-in instructions and everything else after they've booked, but I've only known one guest in six years who managed to do that 😂😂😂  So I send them everything, too, every single time.  The new scheduled messages thing has been great for that!
