On my Airbnb listing settings says connected to software management and I am not connected with them how do I delete that on ...
I don't know anything about Igoolock or Igloohome? If Igloolock uses a Channel Manager to connect to your listing to issue codes to guests that may be where Airbnb is claiming it is a PMS. I would guess Igloolock has already confirmed with Airbnb that their integration is via some sort of PMS, or they wouldn't have sent an email out about it.
Go to your Account Settings/Privacy/Connected Services
If there is a vendor shown there, then that probably means it is considered a PMS by Airbnb.
