First Listing

Hi everyone!! Me and my husband just posted our first str on Wend. The overhead is very high so we are really looking to start getting bookings to help cover this and get some reviews in there! Right now when I search (because it's a new listing) we are very high up on the list. We have only gotten one booking so far. Several people reached out wanting to know if we would accept them with their 75 lb dogs but we do have a weight limit of 25 lb so we missed out on their bookings. I am looking to see if anyone would be willing to look at my listing and provide any feedback?

@Nikki503 Our small Labrador weighs 50+lbs. Limiting yourself to 25lb dogs feels a little low to me.

Thanks so much for the reply! We have considered moving the weight up to 50 lbs, I have just heard horror stories of dogs destroying peoples property......I may raise the weight.

@Nikki503 I have seen pictures of small terriers destroying furniture so I don't think the weight limit will save you. We don't allow dogs at all!

@Nikki503 I can't comment on your pricing but have you compared it using Airbnb's comparison tool to others in your area. I would aim to be 5-10% cheaper until you are established with goo reviews.

We do have it lower than the others and we have it set for first 3 bookings to be 20% off. We use pricelabs to get the pricing down as well.
