I need your help because I’m not sure what I’m doing wrong. I searched for my own house as a guest using filters, but my listing does not appear—even though all the settings seem correct. My house is listed as “Free cancellation” when you view the listing directly. However, when I apply the “Free cancellation” filter in the search, my house does not show up.
We do not offer last-minute cancellation, but we do allow free cancellation up to 14 days prior, which should still qualify. Since my listing shows “Free cancellation” at the bottom, I’m confused about why it disappears when that filter is used. Is there something we can do to fix this? I performed a search on your listing with different filters.
I seem to me nothing is wrong.
Can you provide on which filter(s) it fails to show up ?
It does indeed not show up when "free cancellation" is selected.
I think free cancellation 14 days prior maybe is not elegible for that ?
(I use 5 days prior and my listings show up with filter "free cancellation" selected.)

It's the search "Filters" when you look for the property to rent. When I selected "Free cancellation" under the Booking options (other options are Instant Book, Self check-in and Allow pets), it's not coming up.
Yes, that is what i did too with same result.
But as I mentioned above, i think a listing with the "Limited" cancellation policy (full refund when cancelling 14 days prior check-in) does not show up with " free cancellation" search option turned on. For that maybe consider change to "Moderate" cancellation policy and see what happens in search....
