Full house rent disclosure

Hi all!  I’m interested in renting my awesome home and would like to know what the legalities are in doing so as we have a swimming pool here in the beautiful desert.

Excellent question! 

For best, most factual  & current information, take it to your local City Hall or County Office, and also to your business insurance agent. Swimming pools have public safety regulations, and may also have liability insurance needs. Do ask about any maintenance needs in the case of public rental use, rather than just for your resident family.
