So far it will be good to edit this question by adding link of your listing. In general good quality photos, high respons rate, active profile - promotions, shorter stay, attractive amenities...

My first suggestion would  be review your quiet time hours.  8pm is probably scaring away a lot.

Your cover photo on Airbnb is the first thing I see as a ;potential guest to entice me to read what you are offering.For me the two things didn 't feel united

You have a lot of kid friendly items.  Help potencial guests families see why you are the affordable but fun vacation compared to the expensive beaches. haha

We supply outside toys not likely to damage.  Badminton  nerf balls

Guide books  Tell me all the cool things for kids zoo horseback riding I don't know make it an easy sell

@Robert8401 , @Marie8425 has offered great advice on highlighting kids amenities in the listing and also share a guidebook for guests — about what they can do during their stay inside the listing and nearby areas. 

Are you thinking of making any changes based on @Marie8425 's amazing observations? 😉
