Getting through to Air b n b help

I cannot figure out how to lower my rate as I have had no bookings in over 6 months despite my glowing reviews.

And, I want to remove a picture as I have moved some furniture and I cannot do that either.

When I call Air they put me on hold - finally after many prompts - and then I inevitably loose the connection.

@Caroline2691 to change your rates just go to the calendar, highlight some dates and then type in a new nightly rate.

To change pricing 

Just go to Calendar and select the listing you want. In the panel next to Calendar or simply tap on the dates you want to change. click the Pricing tab.

To remove or add  photos

Tap on “listing” once you are on listing editor, and then your space. Go to Photos, and tap Edit to make your changes.
