Guest review stars

A guest gave me a review.   It says "Great Location" and he gave me 5 stars for every category (Check-in, Cleanliness, Accuracy, Communication, Location, Value), including ticking the boxes for "Pristine Kitchen", "Beautiful surroundings", "Walkable".   

Then, his overall review was 4 stars.  

I mean I have so many reviews that it barely dents my average.  But it's quite unusual to give 5 stars for every category and a positive comment, and then give only 4 stars.    

How does that even make sense?   Especially when he has given 5 stars for VALUE.     Anyway.   Never mind.
