Guest ripped out part of restroom cabinet.

How much should i ask to pay for it? There are 9 nails connecting it to the cabinet. The guest comes to admit that he did it.

Have you tried reattaching those? We usually attempt a quick DIY fix before considering any charges to the guest. Since I’m a hands-on person, I often end up repairing minor issues myself at no cost. For small fixes, something like nail glue or super glue might do the trick.

If you’re not comfortable doing it yourself, you can hire someone to check the damage and provide an estimate then share that with the guest if needed. Just make sure to document everything with photos before and after the repair, in case you need to file a claim with Airbnb later.
