Since February this year, I have not had and guest reservations

Consider retaking your listing photos during the day with the curtains pulled wide open. Bright, naturally lit images consistently attract more clicks and bookings on Airbnb. At the same time, keep an eye on what similar listings in your area charge and experiment with your nightly rate until you hit the sweet-spot for your target guests.

The one negative review since a new listing hurt you severely.  Part of Airbnb Search Display position is based on your Overall Review rating.  The preference is 4.8 or higher.

Fixable but a little work required.

First is it in the right category of room seems more like an apartment or ensuite.

A bathroom is disclosed shared if someone outside their group has free access  to use it.

You want to show regular Host traffic of the listing to the Search.  Regularly make alterations to your listings when you click Save the Date Modified field is updated and that is what is read.

Only 3 reviews and the last one was harsh.  The other to were good so sometimes for me I review my communication during a mishap.  Maybe I need to make some alterations to not escalate anger, power outages are something you can't control.  Reactions to an uncontrollable situation, how the Host responds can encourage negative or positive response from the Guest.  Always try to respond if you were the Guest.  

Also usual standard is 2 people per bedroom with 2 beds so max 4 for a 2 bedroom.  You have a max 2 with 3 beds?  Typically 2 Guests are not the market price wise for 2 bedrooms.  A married couple, a pair of sisters or parent and child share a room.  A Couple with 1 or 2 kids exceeds your max so not offered?

You need to generate some bookings and more positive reviews.  Since you have 3 completed stays, you can Use Airbnb Custom Discounts.  For probably a month so keep that in mind how low can you go in price and not lose money on a stay.  Once you figure that out attack from 2 sides, Airbnb Custom Discount if you do 20% discount on select days then Airbnb Marketing promotes those sale days.  Maybe pick 2 or 3 groups of select days and Airbnb will market 2 or 3 sales for you.

Then if you can put a General sale price on the listing that will give you a search boost.  Remember the 20% discount will apply to sale price so you have to know your co0mfort level.

Turning on Instabook also gives you a search boost but be carful with that because what has happened also makes you a scammer target.  If someone sounds to good to be true they probably are not true.
