Guidebooks

As main host, I created a Guidebook but it does not appear when my wife (co-host) looks at her platform.  Are we doing something wrong?

Hi @Jamie1313

Co-Hosts can't edit or access the Host Guidebook unfortunately. Your wife will have to log-in under your password in order to gain access. Guests can see the Guidebook.

Hi Jamie,

If your wife, as a co-host, can't see the guidebook you've created, it might be due to her permission level. For her to access and view the guidebook, she’ll need to have "Full Access" permissions.

This setting lets co-hosts see all listing details, including any guidebooks you’ve created.

To adjust her permissions, go to your listing’s settings on Airbnb, find the Co-Hosts section, and ensure her permissions are set to Full Access. This change should allow her to view and edit the guidebook.

I hope this helps.

All the best,

Upfish Management

I could be wrong, but I have been a full access Co-Host on several listings and was not able to access or edit the Host's guidebooks under my login credentials. Maybe Airbnb has changed that recently? The Hosts I worked with did not use a channel manager.
