I'll take any feedback anyone can give me. We've been hosting just over 2 years. We are a guest favorite and are super hosts....

I have split payout rules 85/15 between host and co-host. I have set the rule under account payouts and co-section both. Different ambassadors give different answers on how to set the payout correctly. Im losing money over this issue. What is the correct way to set the split payout rule

That is correct. You should not be splitting payments on your profile to your Co-Hosts bank account. Your CoHost needs to setup their own profile on Airbnb with their own bank account information. You then invite them to join your listing as a CoHost via an email. Be sure you use the same email they have on their profile. Once they accept your invitation, they will be paid according to how you have setup the pymts:

Hello @Jayan38, I am sorry about this.
Have you contacted the support team to get their advice on this? Have there been any changes since the time you posted here, or are you still facing this issue?
Please keep us posted.
Hi @Paula Thanks for your message. Yes I'm still having the issue. I feel most of the ambassador are clueless and the case keeps getting passed on to multiple ambassadors and I have to keep explaining over and over again. They record calls, take notes but I each ambassador acts completely new to the case. Frustrating
Can you post a screenshot of your payout setup? Be sure to blur any personal names or acct numbers.
Hi @Joan2709 It's basically a 85:15 split that I have created a rule under the account payout section (back accounts) and also under the co-host section (as %)
Now they are saying you cant have both rules 😞
