Have you seen meaningful change on the platform after submitting feedback to Airbnb?
There is a glitch on the site in the way allowed number of guests displayed prior to booking and after the reservation is confirmed. I get concerned post booking messages often. I have had a multi day conversation with Airbnb (it usually takes three representatives for them to even understand an issue). I have been told that they can not do anything but will pass along the feedback. I wonder if I will ever actually see a change.
