I think maybe you should review your plans for your space.

Turn on the Airbnb New Listing Discount that really helps get the first 3 Guests.

Review the Airbnb Help Pages for direction on how to present a good Airbnb listing.  I think you have a good offering but that is the problem I think I don't know.  The platform gives you multiple pages to convince me a good rental.
