Hello all,
I am renting a room in my terrace house where I have been living for about 4 years, I have never turn the heater on in the summer months of Jul, Aug and Sep, I have a guest at the moment asking me to put the heater on. When the house is about 24 degrees or more.
Open to any suggestions in this matter?
Best regards,
Ed

@Bella-And-Ed2 we have had to heat one of our apartments in July as the guest was elderly and felt the cold even though the place was at 22 degrees. It doesn't actually cost too much to heat from 22 to say 24 degrees.
One thing we have learnt from hosting is that things we are willing to put up with in terms of decor etc are not acceptable to guests. They are paying good money to stay with us and deserve to be looked after.

Hi @Bella-And-Ed2 , what did you end up doing about this guest request? I noticed that Mike provided some good advice.
Please keep us posted.
