Hello from Seattle Washington!

Hello,

 

My name is Inger and I am a co-host of a 3 suite airbnb in NE Seattle. 

 

I am in need of a step by step process in order to launch the Teams platform recently offered in the upgrades to hosts on this platform. Lots and Lots of helpful articles and clicks within them, though no step by step guide to starting. I've searched far and wide through the desktop and app versions and can't find the starting point.

Any advice or tips appreciated!

In deep diving into latest updates from Airbnb I was able to read several helpful posts regarding Teams platform that would allow you to schedule tasks, labor,cleaning services and even invoice. I found the postings under the Host Resources.

What we can't figure out is the step by step part to integrate this into our management. We are already using the Host/Co-host platform but adding this too would be so helpful. I'm wondering if you can only do it 1 way and not have 2 tools operating at the same time?

I see what you mean now @Inger273 - thanks for the explanation. I had a look for articles too, however couldn't find anything further. 

 

I would suggest reaching out to customer support to see if they can advise you on how to find the 'teams' tab.

I remember reading something awhile back that Airbnb was phasing out "Teams".  They no longer allow the formation of new Teams and the option was removed from the Host Menu.
