Help AirCover is ghosting me!!

I had an issue with a guest and I requested a reimbursement request on the 13th of march, it’s now April 8th.

We were communicating just fine until they said they were going to send me something to sign on the 26th. I’ve emailed them numerous times trying to figure out what is going on and what the next steps are… My place hasn’t been rented out since the 13th and I got a mortgage payment coming up, does any one have there phone number! Or any way I can get ahold of them!??

You sent them proof of the problem that happened to you, you should have filed a complaint, there is a deadline, I don't know exactly how many days it is, have you done this?
