Help Correcting My Property Listing Details

Hi there,

I need help correcting the details of my listing. On the main page, it currently says the property has 5 bedrooms and 4 beds, but this is incorrect. The property actually has 5 bedrooms and 9 beds.

Also, under the section “Where you’ll sleep,” it only shows photos of 3 of the bedrooms, not all 5.

I’d like to update this information so it reflects the property accurately. Could you please let me know how I can edit this, or how I can get in touch with someone from Airbnb to help me resolve it?

You need to correct the photos in the photo editor @Amy3602 

Once you've created folders for all the bedrooms and sorted the correct photos into each room folder, be sure to tick the correct number of beds and their sizes inside each photo folder.

The listing description will auto-update according to what you put in the photo editor, but keep in mind that it can take a bit of time for the change to reflect.

Here’s how to update the number of beds in your Airbnb listing:

On the Airbnb App

1. Go to your Listings tab.
2. Select the listing you want to edit.
3. Tap photos.
4. Tap Rooms and spaces.
5. Tap each Bedroom individually (e.g., Bedroom 1, Bedroom 2, Bedroom3, Bedroom 4, Bedroom 5).
6. Update the number and type of beds in each room.
7. Make sure both bedrooms show a bed each (or more, if applicable).
8. Tap Save after making changes.

(Desktop)

1. Go to Menu (top right corner) and click Listings.
2. Click on your listing.
3. Under Property and rooms, click Rooms and spaces.
4. Edit each bedroom and set the correct bed type (e.g., Queen bed, Single bed).
5. Save your changes.

Once you’ve saved, Airbnb should automatically update the summary from “5 Bedrooms, 4 Bed” to “5 Bedrooms, 9 Beds”.
