Help! I'm having issues updating my listing...

I am certain I have changed the check-in time in all possible places within my property description/listing, but another guest has flagged that it is still wrong/conflicts with the correct time (see below). How do I correct this, please?

Hi @Sarah327 - I don't see the exact screen you show above.  But I think you might have to edit your check-in instructions to match the check-in time you set elsewhere.

 

Look at your set check-in time.  Go to the listing, then "Booking settings," and scroll down to "Check-in & checkout":

Then go to your listing, choose "Listing" at the top, and scroll down to "Check-in instructions":

Click through, touch the three little dots at the top right, and select "Edit Check-in Method":

You've chosen "Lockbox."  You'll be able to "Edit Details" under Lockbox on that page.  That's where you can check that your details match the check-in time you've chosen.

@Sarah327  If your guest has been to your listing before you made the change, they may need to clear their browser or app cache. This is almost always the reason changes don’t appear to “stick” when redisplayed. 

 

Here is a website that shows you how to clear both browser and app caches on an iPhone. You can find similar instructions for Android.
