Help with my listing

Hello  I’ve noticed a sudden drop in bookings for my listing, I’m wondering if there’s something wrong with my listing or if there’s anything I can do to increase visibility.

I'm sorry to hear that you've been noticing a drop in bookings lately. Have you had a chance to look at other properties near you, to see if they are also finding things to be quieter at the moment?

I wonder if some of our other experienced hosts might have any advice for you: @Dr-Jayanthi1 @Karen1 @Mary1523 @John7474 @Andrea2460. Do you have any tips you could share with Aaliyah please?

you only have 1 review though? how many bookings have you had?

if your past bookings have been good and there weren't any issues, then over time you will appear higher in the searches as you get more good reviews. u really just need more reviews so encourage them from your bookings.

do you know who your competitors are and what they are charging? maybe you need to do some discounting, Airbnb do provide some type of auto discount you can apply for new listings to get those vital first 3 or so bookings and reviews
