Help with setting up a stationary RV for Renting
We are interested in renting an RV as a stationary lodging on a nice site already hooked up to water and power, etc. Near a picturesque toursit/arts town. Anyone doing that? The 32' RV is nicely appointed and fully equiped. We are not interested in renting the vehicle for travel but rather as a small cottage-like environment in a nice setting. With the slide out the square footage is about 300, but with the awning the indoor/outdoor living space is close to 500 sq feet.
Any suggestions appreciated.

Hi there, I’m new to this and curious what you all will be doing with the septic systems on your rv/ campers? I’m thinking of using a small space on my property but not sure what to do with grey water/septic waste.

Hi, I have a travel trailer and have been looking for an rv listing on AirBnB so that I can see how to list it. What search criteria should I use to find rv listings?
by the way, I have other listings, so I’m not completely new.
thanks

I have 2 campers on my property, one RV and a second camper. Both are well maintained but I would like to make some money rather than just sitting there deprecating. What would I need to do to make them useable for renters other than providing power and water?

Why don't you do some research on Airbnb and other RV listings sites in similar areas to yours locally and see how the owners kit them out and what they charge @Steve2484

You need your own insurance. AirBnB insurance will not cover everything (or possibly anything).

Are there any current answers on this? We are thinking about hosting our RV and I'm finding that other RV sharing sites (specifically for RV sharing) offer short-term insurance for renters that is purchased at the time of the rental. Are there any recommendations or ways to do this through commercial insurance for short-term rentals?
