My listings saying no hot water  or shower.  But yes 

I have hot water and shower and heating

Yes it's very important to tick all of the amenities you offer, and at the moment you don't have those ticked.

Go to the Listings tab and click your listing. Scroll down to "Amenities" and make sure you tick all the relevant ones. Here you should give a complete list of all the amenities available in the listing.

Afterwards, also go to the Photo Tour (at the top of the Listings editor) and click the folder for each room. In every room, you also need to tick which amenities are available specifically in that room (for example, in the bathroom folder you should also tick "hot water" if you have hot water in the bathroom).
