Hidden listings? Or algorithm?

Does anyone else feels their listings doesn’t appear in the search ?

I have asked friend to look into my listings on Airbnb and they don’t find them even though I’m a superhost, I am continuously changing and updating things in each of my listings and I have more than 300 reviews 4 stars and more..

It’s super weird. I called Airbnb one time and then 2 of my listings appeared in the first pages and a month later again I’m like a ghost

I noticed you manage 15 listings and they are all in the search system:

https://www.airbnb.com/s/homes?host_id=16257725&map_toggle=true

In area's with a lot of listings only 300 will show up on initially zoom level.

Zooming in on the map will show more listings.

And offcourse search keyword and filters applied affect the results shown.

Here is an (old, but still useable) post to learn more about Airbnb Search :

Your top questions about Airbnb Search - Airbnb Community

@Marjorie188  Your listings appear very easily in a search for your town with the "Hotel Room" filter active. It's a bit harder to find them without selecting the property type, but this kind of makes sense because Airbnb is not the platform of choice for people who prefer hotels over homes.

This is suuuuuuper helpful!!! I’ll take a look at my category to see which one is better for my type of suite. Than k you veeeery much ☀️🌴

oh great! I’ll take a look at the link :). I’m just curious because when we search appear the house next to me, like always!! And we are very similar in everything. And after the call with Airbnb I started getting more bookings and my listing appeared
