How has the overall short term rental market and tourism activity been in your area since a past few months?

Your home is beautiful and your reviews excellent  I would suggest this though your list price showing when  I am searched nf for a property that can ac com lodate 6 people is your pricing for 2 people.  Looking cheaper then  you actually  are doesn 't generate positive results.  People looking for a cheap accommodation for 6 you don 't want, and people that want a  beautiful vacation rental with outstanding views  may think something isn't right  because too cheap.  I noticed all your reviews are from long time users probably willing to look.

Set your pricing at your average  number of guests.  A  couple is not renting a 3 bedroom.
