Homeowner's Insurance policy in Wisconsin

Hello out there! We have an Airbnb in Wisconsin and are looking for suggestions on insurance companies with the best homeowner's policy in regards to price, coverage and ease of payouts. We've been operating for 3 years with no problems, but insurance keeps going up, so we like to shop around occasionally. Thought I'd try this forum to see what others have to say. Thanks.

If either home owner is active duty or retired military, then try USAA because in many states its home owner's policies provides at no additional cost an Economy Sharing rider for short term rentals/homeshares of primary residences.
