Hi All

I am looking to put a property on for availability

I have always rented it by longer term least but I want to change to using Airbnb but have a few questions that I can't seem to find the answers to online, any help is welcome.

the property I own is owned through my limited company, in terms of hosting as a business is this done differently than if you done it as a private individual?

Regarding council tax on a property owned like this how would that be done, would this just be a second home levy?

Fees - how do they work when you have bookings? what percent do airbnb take? service charges? how do all these work?

I can not see on your profile where you live, as rules are different for regions.

As you mentioned 'limited" as company, i assume it is in the UK ?

I do not knw rules in UK, but in my country (The Netherlands) they are:

Account must be setup as a business account.

Includes VAT number and registration at Chambre de commerce

VAT must be charged on reservations (it can be setup in the listing in section "taxes")

Company info is displayed on listings
