I am looking to put a property on for availability
I have always rented it by longer term least but I want to change to using Airbnb but have a few questions that I can't seem to find the answers to online, any help is welcome.
the property I own is owned through my limited company, in terms of hosting as a business is this done differently than if you done it as a private individual?
Regarding council tax on a property owned like this how would that be done, would this just be a second home levy?
Fees - how do they work when you have bookings? what percent do airbnb take? service charges? how do all these work?
