Hello @Sabrina1800 👋

I hope you don't mind, I added a photo and a link to your listing to your post. I'm hoping that with easier access, more hosts will pop by and support you with constructive and helpful feedback.

@Supriya29@Naomi208 and @Ryan4241 - what do you think to Sabrina's listing? I'm just loving the black and white stripe bean bag chair in the picture above. Click the link in the post to view their full listing. 😊

Thanks so much in advance.

Hello Sabrina,

You have a beautiful place but the photos are not giving justice to the place.

Here are the area which can give you good output and business.

1 - please keep the camera straight aligned.

2 - avoid taking photos in 45 degree angle.

3 - try taking pics in wide angle. ( It should be mix of both wide and close up )

4 - Avoid too many close ups.

5 - Avoid blurry pics.

6 - Try to keep your place as minimal as possible ( it will look spacious for guests and not too clumsy )

7 Avoid uploading unnecessary pics

Hi Sabrina,

I did check as well. I am not professional, I can just give you my two cents and I will try to be super critical in order to help to focus on some details and improve, not to make you feel discouraged. Your listing is good and I am pointing out the just detials.

As mentioned previously:

- no blurry pics

- not unnecessary pics

- no pics of various angles.

details of pics:

- the dishes below sink, could you found the place to have them above the sink?
- who is your clientele, you do have a many games there but it looks more like studio for two people rather than for whole family or the sofa can be additional bed?

- window AC at least for me is discouraging, but your looks like new one and probably where you live not even needed.

- full bathroom, on one of picture some box is left on sink. Basically saying less details less crowded could be sometimes better. On other side I do like your design and how it is arranged. I like also colors being used.

I do like your listing, I hope you will have a lot of visitors.

Hi Sabrina, Very nice home. First you need to get professional photos. Next organize and remove clutter for photos and also for stays.

Thank you!!
