From my part of the world Ariam your calendar is open and available for booking! The issue is you do not have any activity happening on your site. You are showing up in a general search but the map has to be zoomed into the Pinn River, Cowley area as per this screenshot search I just did where you show up on page 3 in a general search....

You need to get some activity happening on your site!

The algorithm that governs search placement, (where you will show in an area search) responds to…..’Activity’! It is important to keep something happening on this listing of yours. The more things going on, the higher you will show in an area search. In a typical area of 300 + listings if you are lower than page 10 (with 18 listings per page) you are never going to be seen and you won’t get any bookings. And when you have your listing address as Greater London you are never going to show up in a search.

You should list your property as Slough, Greater London  or even better Uxbridge Berkshire, Greater London. If you do that you will show up on the first page of a general listing search. 60% of bookings come from the first 2 search pages with 25% coming from the next 3 which means only 15% of reservations come from anything below page 5.

To keep some activity happening, keep on changing some aspect of your listing every couple of days…..

-Add a photo or two.

-Change your listing description a bit, add an amenity.

-Put the price down for a couple of days then put it up again.

- Get a few friends to send you a booking enquiry. It doesn’t commit them to anything and provided you just answer them after 24 hours the enquiry just disappears. The important thing is it keeps your listing active which will keep it more easily visible. You can always check on whether you are being seen by going to the ‘Insights’ page and click on the item ‘Views

I hope this can be of help to you Ariam.

Cheers........Rob

Hello @Ariam271

It's normal that you can't find your property on the map as your calendar is completely blocked for the upcoming months so you will not appear in the searches.

Open up your calendar and that should do the trick!

All the best

Joëlle

P.S.  Don't forget to put the @ before the name of the person you wish to contact😉
