How about Airbnb take your money without your permission

Guest complained that my place didn’t offer hot water on the last night stay ! Well , this is in processing they talking to me and talking to Airbnb , one day I found they deducted my money from my account, I think all the hosts should know that so I posted here to let hosts know!

Did the Guest contact you to report the issue, and did you talk to Airbnb Support about the deduction?

 

Be great to hear more about what's happened so that our Hosts can provide some help.

This happened during the process . It has not done yet but they deducted it
