Just my two  cents

1.  Says sleeps 4 butpictures  aree  more  reflective off two, one  sleeping  area  2  chairs in and out  so  4 looks uncomfortable.

2.  Something I am working on.    Does my guest  have  to  read guest  reviews  to  see what is important  too  the guest?   Just  glancing your reviews highlight  clean  heated pool and  dining  areas.

We get so focused on disclosing to who  we  don't  fit we fail in  enticing  our  good fit.   Iff we encourage  the positives while  still  making our  disclosures  but  not  as a  negative  first lines.

Hi @Johanna798

Your listing looks very good to me! I think it may perhaps be showing up in searches for 4 guests, and at the moment it is difficult to see where 4 people sleep, as @Marie8425 has said. It has one bedroom, so I think you are looking to book 2 adults and 2 children. I think you can describe the sleeping arrangements and (probably even more important) illustrate it clearly in photos. You can also check whether your prices are in line with units for 2 persons, as this is perhaps the criteria where you are more likely to get bookings?
