How can I get more guests booking

Your Airbnb listing Is beautiful.

I have some suggestions:

- a personal photoshoot by a photographer to valorise your place,potential guests has to make an idea of which spaces your place in the first 5/10 photos so that they decide to chose you respect another property in the area, i suggest also panoramic photos of your place to show how spacious your place Is.

- a more detailed and emotional description of your Airbnb, including all the amenities and unique services that you offer to beat the competitors in the same area.

- evaluate and Airbnb promotion of the 20% to have more reviews and after raise up the price and constantly check your listings to get better.

- check which kind of guests you really Wish to attract ( couples, friends, families, etc...) and work on that direction to show that you are the best on that price range to make their stay an unforgettable experience.

This is my personal opinion of course i don t know your area so i make assumptions on my personal experience.

Suggestions only as I am new to AIRBNB. 

Try less duplicate photos 

-try photo with the bed made (showcase your bedding) 

-showcase your kitchen amenities in photos 

-try a photo with shower curtain 

-photo of your towels (where they’ll be found in the bathroom) 

-professional photos would help showcase your place (I have not done this as my place is 400 sq ft) 

make your listing intriguing -more personal. Something that will stop the guest from scrolling- so they look at the your listing.  

My opinion. I hope it helps and  I hope you get more traffic to your listing.

@Raziur0 You have a very beautiful apartment, Raziur!  You mention it is in a beautiful area, so maybe you could share some photos of the area and special places within walking distance.  Also, would it be possible to take some photos with the curtains open to shine some natural sunlight?  I think also making the beds look inviting with cushions and a little bit of colour would be nice, and maybe some plants and fresh flowers in a vase.  That is what I would personally do to help your listing stand out.  Set the dining table for dinner with nice lighting.  If you are catering to women and families, then by putting some colourful touches and life into your space, then highlight your best photo.  Sunlit room, colour, plants and life… that’s what I would do.  Good luck!!
