How could I improve my listing

Hello guys, I am a relatively new host. How could I improve my listing? Is there anything you would change from the guests perspective?

Hi @Adam2168  - Do you have any photos of the front of the building or the main entrance?

How about some lifestyle photos of local attractions?

Digital guidebook to show the local attractions?

Smart locks?

Hey @John8401 ! Thanks for your feedback.

There is a photo of the backyard in the listing, I might add photos of the front building.

I could add some lifestyle photos – but since the listing is located in the center of Prague, majority of people know why they came, so I decided not to add these pictures directly to the listing.. I will create guidebooks to show some local attractions / restaurants etc.

I do not use a smart lock, since the main door that leads to the building does not have a code access – therefore I must use a lockbox where I place a chip. Do you see any point of installing a smart lock also in this case?

Your place is amazing! So nice! I have a small house in a rural area. I'm not in a tourist area. So to make my place more noticeable, I offer extras. If someone is staying more than one night, they will have a hot meal waiting for them on the night of arrival. The refrigerator is full of breakfast foods, bacon, eggs, bread, oatmeal's, cereals, milk, juice, pastries, and more.  I provide several seasonings, along with full size pump shampoo, cream rinse, and body wash. I have purchased coffee mugs with the info and picture of my listing and I include a business card in their goodie bag.
