How do I add a cohost for the same 3 months of each year

I always check my place before and after every guest, so when I know I'm not available, (eg when I'm overseas), I have blocked my calendar.
I have been hosting for 9 years and now want to take 3 months holiday every year.
I have great cleaners but they also want to take a 3 month break at the same time as me 😞
While I'll want to continue to manage bookings, how do I add a cohost to manage the hands-on business of cleaning / provisions for only when I'm on holiday?

You just add them as a cohost with limited access during the three months then remove them @Fiona85 

who is going to be on hand if you have problem guests/problems at the property?

Thank you for your reply @Helen3. As part of the service they provide, the co-host I've spoken to has said they will manage all issues and be on call if and when any problems arise.  They will charge me a 10% service fee for management and cleaning the property plus an additional amount for laundering linens and supplying condiments for guests.
