Hi all, Im pretty new to this. How do I charge the correct amount for a room? What process do you go through before changing the amount?

@Wills3 go onto Airbnb as a traveller. Search your locality for similar listings. Review the prices adjusting up and down for quality, location etc and then end up at a price.

Alternative method - Calculate all your costs and add a profit margin. Some listings may not be worth running 365 days per year if, for example, the heating costs aretooc high.
