I have just accepted a booking but the "Message tab" is not showing up so I am unable to contact the guest. Has anyone else ...
Need to add attachments to a quick reply that I send to every guest. It is a pain to have to go back into messages and then hunt down the image and attach it. Quick reply is not very quick IMO when you need to go back and send a photo through messages with the guest every time.

Can we please get this taken care of? I really want a Quick Reply to give directions on where and how to park - but want to include a photo. Or at the very least, have the ability to auto insert a pic from the photo repository from your existing listings. Seems like a no brainer.

It is currently still a pain to manually attach an image to a quick reply. However, you can create a check-in guide with photos and add to your arrival guide. It will be available to every guest in their Trips Tab under "how to get inside." You can include your parking photo in that. We also send a link to the check-in guide in our check-in Scheduled message. We include maps, parking photos and a picture of our smart lock.

I agree! Would love the option to add photos to the Quick Replies. We don't want to put our driveway photos on the public listing, but would like to send to our guests so it's clear! Thank you in advance Airbnb!
Absolutely - being unable to send photos with text in quick replies is a severe limitation. I would at least like to hear from Airbnb why this is not permitted!

Yes, this would be very useful. For example, on giving instructions on how to use something like a coffee machine/hot tub if a guest asks. It would be great to create a quick reply that has instructions with pictures embedded or as attachments readily available.
