How do you see the compliments guests leaave?

Hi all,

So I'm talking about the 'extra' compliments guests leave when they review you.

I can see them on my ipad, indiviually per guest, or as a total for each option, but how do you see them on a computer or phone. I don't really use my ipad that often for airbnb so it'd be nice to see them elsewhere.

@Louise231  Here in the US on neither my phone app or my computer is that an option to view. Must be testing it in various markets.

@Letti0i guess, i can only see it on my ipad, it's just weird as both my ipad and phone are apple, the airbnb app shouldn't really be that different.

I always thought it was odd that guests could select the 'compliments' when doing the review, yet you couldn't see them unless on an ipad? 

It's like getting reviews but you can't see them?

Strange, I can see it on my iPhone. It is always nice to discover what did they mentioned as an extra:)

I found it on the phone app. Go to Progress, then go to Reviews, then go to each review and tap on Feedback and scroll down, you will see the compliments. Bonus find: scroll all the way down to Report Review and you can anonymously report any Fake or False review content.  Maybe there’s finally gonna be some progress getting rid of reviews that are spiteful and completely false. There is even a choice for dishonest or hateful content in the report review area

@Louise231 and @Yulianna0  I can not see them on my iPhone or computer here in the US. I don't have an iPad, I use a Surface Pro.

I can only see these if I click through to the reviews on the progress section of my dashboard, but not if I look at the review someone has just left. I have to admit that I haven't tried this on my pc, just my android app. But then, I still haven't figured out how to leave a review on my pc, so that's not to say I can't do it there either.

Is it not ridiculous that only some things are visible to a host depending on the device they are using?

Success! I updated my airbnb app and have managed to get it on my phone too. Might have to wait a while to get in on the comp, but its easier to see now than having to go on my ipad all the time!

Darn it! I wish I could see this! It seems like in the last few months Airbnb has only taken feautures away from me instead of adding them 😞

I can see what individuals have left as compliments, but I can't find a way to see the aggregates as shown in the screen shot. I have iPhone 5s and an iPad2. Any suggestions?

So for my Ipad, (and now my phone since i updated the airbnb app) I click the progress tab along the bottom, then press where it says '4.9* 92 reviews' then i can see the aggregate compliments.

Iif i scroll down below the aggregate i can then see each person indiviualy as a little summary, 'Name/Date Stayed/Overall rating/ compliments' (the summary per person can be clicked on for the full review/ all the star ratings/ compliments/ feedback)
