How i can attract more client

I'm looking for some tried-and-true tips from fellow hosts on how to increase bookings and improve my Airbnb business. I’d love to hear what’s worked for you – whether it’s small touches in your listing, pricing strategies, seasonal promotions, or guest experience upgrades.

Do you have any advice or insights that helped you stand out and attract more guests?

Thanks in advance – excited to learn from this amazing community!

Warm regards,

Meenu

How to Attract More Clients

  1. Optimize Photos & Title: Use professional photos and a compelling title that highlights a unique feature (e.g., "Fast WiFi," "Free Parking").

  2. Strategic Pricing: Use market trend tools and offer a competitive initial price to secure your first positive reviews.

  3. Speedy Communication: Reply to all guest messages within an hour. Quick responses boost your ranking and guest satisfaction.

  4. Earn 5-Star Reviews: Provide a small "Wow" amenity (like local snacks) and send a polite follow-up requesting a review after check-out. Excellent reviews are your best marketing!

Hi @Vikas74 😊‌,
Welcome to the community center and thank you for asking this question here!

When did you start hosting?

To get better help from our host community, I recommend requesting a listing critique. This will help you understand why you're not receiving bookings.

Yes I agree provider your listing, how long have you been hosting? Where are you located? Most of the time small edits to your listing goes a long way

I am also receiving less bookings I think because my farmhouse is at village side and those who loves a true nature only they are coming to my farmhouse moreover I have not done any advertising

Dear Meenu

First of all we'd say the quality of presentation and pictures we advise to position as good and complete as possible. We try to adjust the price as good as possible to region and season to have a realistic match. Further more we use discount options here on Airbnb that also do attract people (early bookers, last minute etc.). Beside these functions we position ads on Facebook to attract more customer. We hope that helps. Best of success, Sylvia

Great topic. A few proven tips that have consistently helped me boost bookings:-

1. Refresh your listing regularly, update photos, polish descriptions, and keep amenities current.

2. Use bright, clean, experience-driven photos – they convert the best.

3. Adjust pricing smartly. dynamic pricing and seasonal tweaks help fill gaps.

4. Add small guest perks. early check-in, a welcome snack, or a local guide builds instant appeal.

5. Communicate quickly and clearly. fast, warm responses turn enquiries into bookings.

6. Deliver a smooth experience simple checkin, clean space, and helpful tips create repeat guests.

These small changes have made a big difference in visibility and occupancy for me. Hope it helps others too.
