Since Airbnb doesn’t provide guest phone or email, we have no way to send them the gate or door code. This is the first time to run across this problem.
Aren’t you using the Airbnb app inbox to communicate with your guests? We only use Airbnb’s messaging system for all guest communication so that every conversation is properly documented and easily accessible if any issue comes up.
We also send all check-in and check-out instructions directly through the guest’s Airbnb inbox.
