How to Turn Off Smart Pricing When Syncing with Samoobu Channel Manager

Hello everyone,

I’m currently synchronizing my Airbnb listings with the Samoobu channel manager, and I’ve noticed that Airbnb keeps applying Smart Pricing to my listings. I would prefer to fully control my rates through Samoobu and set my own pricing strategy.

Does anyone know how I can turn off Smart Pricing while still keeping the connection with Samoobu active?

• Is there a setting in Airbnb to completely disable Smart Pricing?

• Or does this need to be adjusted from within Samoobu’s settings?

Any advice or step-by-step guidance from hosts who use Samoobu would be greatly appreciated.

Go to your Calendar Top Right/Price Settings

thank you dear Joan2709, if it were that easy I wouldn't ask. We are IT, and we understand something about it, but this doesn't work that easily. I would like to hear the opinion of the Airbnb expert team, what they have to say about the Airbnb portal being connected to a Channel Management system. Perhaps Samoobu can explain what is happening? Did you not turn off Smart Pricing before connecting to Samoobu?
