NIB is done through oss.go.id - register an account, input your business data, select KBLI 55193 (Villa) or 55199 for other accommodation types, and submit. Processing takes around 20 days.

One thing to note: NIB is just step one. Airbnb requires a verified NIB status, which means you also need to complete the sector-specific accommodation permit (Pondok Wisata or TDUP) through the same OSS system before your listing is considered compliant.

Have your NPWP, KTP, and building permit (PBG/IMB) ready before you start - the system will ask for them.
