How to become a Co-host

Hi everyone, I’m interested in learning how to get started as a co-host.  What’s the best way to gain experience and connect with hosts when you’ve never co-hosted before?  I don’t know anyone who hosts on here.  I have experience hosting open houses and managing client-focused services as a licensed real estate professional and travel professional.  Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

Update your profile with some personal info and at least mention in your post (and/or profile) where you are in the world.....

If your location is unknown, no host here will reply if interested.

There is a co-host network, but you can only apply with having already a good Airbnb rating as host or co-host

There are also local host clubs, but generally you can also  join them when being a host or co-host (although there are exceptions). Check if there is one in your area by clicking on "Local Host Clubs" in the menu on the left (desktop).

So where to start ?

check your area for Airbnb listings on the search system. Although it is possible to contact a host with the "contact host" link on a listing, it is not recommended to do, as most host will not appreciate that for other reasons then related to a (potential) booking.

But you can try to find same accommodation/host on facebook, personal website atc.. and try to make contact there.

And you can offer your skills by posting on social media platforms, like in relevant facebook groups etc...

Hope this helps
