How to edit my listing?
When I see my listing on the map, it says Apartment in Seattle and then our title.
But, I see other listings that specify the neighborhood. Apartment inWallingford, Guest Suite in Fremont.
How can I change my listing to say my neighborhood??

Great job on updating the listing!
Location Section
Your are missing sections in the Location tab in the Listing Editor:
Suggest you remove the following from the description and add to sections under Location. This will then populate the Neighborhood and Getting Around sections of the listing:
Neighborhood
We are 5 to 15 minutes walking distance to Gas Works Park, breweries, bars, restaurants and the Burke-Gilman Trail. The University of Washington campus is a 1.3 mile walk or bike ride along the Burke Gilman trail. We provide a "Gasworks Park Picnic Kit" complete with camp chairs, small cooler, wine glasses and blanket.
Getting Around
🚌 TRANSIT
The 31 & 32 bus lines are less than a 5 minute walk away on Wallingford Ave. N. Take the 32 directly downtown to the Space Needle, Seattle Center and Climate Pledge Arena. In the other direction the 31 & 32 take you through the University of Washington to the U Village, UW Madison Hospital and Seattle Children’s Hospital
Walking Distance Map
Since your listing is so walkable, many Hosts create a map showing all the attractions and locations you mention in a map and then create a jpg of the map and post in their photos on the listing.

To get your neighborhood (like “Wallingford” or “Fremont”) to appear:
You can try the following steps on Airbnb App
Tap your listing → Listing details → Location.
- Drag the map pin slightly to your exact spot if it isn’t already accurate.
- Airbnb automatically assigns the neighborhood name based on that pin.
- If your pin isn’t within the boundary of, say, Wallingford or Fremont, it will just default to “Seattle.”
- Save changes and wait a bit Airbnb’s map labels sometimes take a few hours to update.

Airbnb controls the sub title and if your legal address is Seattle, not sure if that can be change?. I would add the neighborhood you want to your Title. You get 50 characters. I'm not sure everyone will be familiar with the name "Gas Works" so I would add Park after that: Gasworks Park Getaway. I would also add Pvt Entrance somewhere. I would also add something about being close to UW for potential guests/parents visiting children attending UW.
@Patricia2526 's idea about moving the map pin under Location is a great suggestion to try. However, you can only move the map pin so far, and if your legal, mailing address is Seattle, not sure that will help?
Photos
I would add a photo of the sofa bed pulled out and made up as a bed and add where the linens for the sofa bed are kept on the caption.
Suggest you add the nice exterior photo of the house as one of your top 5 photos showing the craftsman style.
Let us know if moving the map pin fixes the issue, curious if that helps

I see you added the sofa bed, but you added it twice? Now your subtitle says you have 4 beds but you actually have 3 beds.
This is because you created another Living Room in the Photo tour:
Move the photo of the sofa bed pulled out in Living Room 2 to Living Room 1. Delete the Living Room 2 Room. This will correct your subtitle to 3 beds.
Amenities Missing
Suggest you go through your amenities list and make sure you have listed ALL the amenities you have. Then click the edit button top right and add details indicated by the pencil icon. Right now Airbnb says you don't provide "Essentials" which are TP, towels, sheets and soap (but I'm sure you have those):
