If you have a queen-sized pullout sofa in the living room you do have 2 beds. One queen in the bedroom and a pullout sofa in the living room that is queen size. A couch that does not pullout is not considered a bed by Airbnb. So the couch in the living room should be labeled as either "Sofa Bed" or couch if it doesn't pullout into a bed.
However, you need to go to the Living room photo and remove queen bed and add 1 sofa bed instead. Then you can explain in the caption for the Living Room photo that it is a pullout, queen size sofa bed. You should really add a photo of the sofa bed pullout and made up as a bed so guests can see that and add where linens can be found to make up the sofa bed. You can also explain it is a queen size pullout sofa in the Property description.
