My site is so difficult to find. For new clients to find my site must be word of mouth because you cannot find it on the map unless you know exactly where it is.

Hi @Joseph1550 - nice work on revising your listing!
Booking patterns have been very different this year than they were in '21 and '22. 2023 is more like the tortoise than the hare. So now I would suggest you make a small change in the description every day. When you do that, the algorithm reads your listing as "recently updated," and that helps it appear in search. And as you look at your description each day, you'll find something to improve, add, or update.
Slow and steady wins the race in 2023!
What a gorgeous place @Joseph1550.
If I were you, I would think about two things: keywords and guests.
In both your description and the paragraph about the space, you talk about building the house, how long it took, who inspired it, etc. When guests are looking for a getaway, those aren't the primary things they're thinking about. They'll be excited to find those things out after they arrive, but before they choose, they want to know if they'll be comfortable, if there will be things to do nearby, if they'll have privacy, if they'll have modern conveniences, and the like.
You could say thing like, "A _-minute drive from Dubuque," "close to skiing," "X miles from the Mississippi River." Mention the fireplace in the description. A lot of people love fireplaces.
Do some bullet points for things like: walk-in shower, stone deck with amazing sunset view, modern kitchen with new retro appliances.
These things will be picked up as keywords, while also letting the guests know what they're going to get.

I'm so glad I made you smile, @Joseph1550😊!
Your place is so beautiful, and judging by the reviews, you've had a lot of happy guests.
I spent a long weekend in Bellevue once, at a bed & breakfast up the hill from the river. It was so much fun. My oldest daughter (now in her early 30s) took her first steps there! We loved watching the barges go through the locks on the Mississippi and I was thrilled when I heard them calling out the "marks" - including "mark twain"! I wish I could remember the name of the lady who was the innkeeper. She was a great character, not much older than me, so she might still be running it.
That's very insightful thank you
booking patterns have been steep but come in every once in a while and update something on the app and your visibility would pick up.
