How to improve for my listing.

I started hosting last month. Location is Central Toronto, Ontario only 25 mnts drive from Downtown. I tried with pricing least in similar. Provided all new branded amenities. Even with all this I see very very less guest. Please suggest how to improve.  Did I miss anything that I must have done.
