We started our Airbnb journey the end of May. And we did have some guests already.
But we would like to keep on improving.
Where could we put some extra energy in? How can we improve our advertisement?
One guests put our rating a bit down because of the "cleanliness" This was an accident when other guests broke/constipated the drain (which was all renewd in may) and we had to send a plumber. The guests refused to cancel and get the money back and also refused to receive the cleaners after the plumber came in. So we gave them the money for a whole day + the cleaning fee back, but they still didn't give a "perfect" rate sadly for us.
After guests blocked our drain and we had a very expensive plumber over we fixed some signs to put in the house about "don't flush.... house rules..." etc. We will travel back to our house in Norway in september to do some maintenance and improvements on the house itself and I will make some new professional photo's now the environment is green and pretty.
Is it worth it to buy a hairdryer to put in the bathroom? And to get a baby/child bed or something?
Our current price to rent our whole house per night is 1200NOK = +/- €100,- = +/- US$110
Plus a cleaning fee, which we fully pay to our cleaners of 800NOK = +/- €70 = +/- US$75
And people can freely use the laundry machine.
What do you think?

@Stephanie2789 Your place is absolutely gorgeous and you have great reviews. Don’t let one low review get you down. It happens.
If I were looking for a place in the Netherlands, I’d book yours.
