How to restrict or ask for approval on local bookings

Hello,

We have had an increase of bookings for people who live in our area and who are using our space to throw raging parties.  Leaving huge messes and bad odor.   In order to avoid this, we would like to put limitations on local bookings.  Is this something we can do on Airbnb?  If so, how?
