How to understand market and season demand?

Hi all,

So we have been having issues with getting bookings lately.  I even had a review post before here and am working on optimization based on the feedback. But I feel is it due to the low season and market demand? Since we are getting a few bookings for the later months starting May till Nov as well. But even with EID coming, we are having a difficult time getting the properties booked. 

Any help in understanding the market and the demand is appreciated. The properties are located in Egypt.
