I am a host: "Dates are not available" is showing up for my guests, when the dates are in fact available - Airbnb issue?

I've had two guest inquiries for two separate properties. I pre-approved them, they have not lapsed yet - but is now showing "Dates are not available" - but when I check my calendar on Airbnb the dates are still open. There clearly is a problem with Airbnb calendar syncing, because it clearly is still open and showing open dates on my Airbnb calendar. These dates are NOT booked by anyone and are still open - why are they showing the guests as "Dates are not available"? If this is an Airbnb fault/issue/technical fault on Airbnb's side - this is costing me potentially LOSING out on these bookings. Any other hosts having issues with this?

Why don't you give Airbnb a call @Ianette3 ?

Hi Helen, I already did - according to them, latest update - it's a technical issue with Airbnb.

@Ianette3 It used to be that when pre approving a stay the host had the choice of blocking or not blocking the dates. Did you get this as an option?

Hi Mike-And-Jane0, mine does not block the dates for a pre-approval at all, so anyone is still allowed to book. I've contacted Airbnb and it is a technical issue that Airbnb is experiencing on many host profiles it seems... This is not ideal as one can potentially now lose these bookings, because they can't resolve it immediately.
