Great advice. Thanks for very solid input. Yes long term 4 month rental is what I'm looking for. One tenant while I'm away or a few longer term tenants as I don't want to tax my hired help while I'm away. I will implement your suggestions. The elephant in the room is the same percentage take from AirBnB on a long term rental. And the difficulty in communicating with prospects on the rental. My thoughts are AirBnb will have to adapt or continue to lose to the competition.
